Strategy

A favorites portfolio on sports games that close within the next 24 hours — the mirror image of a long-shot bot. Each run: use get_markets({category: "Sports", closes_within_hours: 24, order: "closing", limit: 20}) and look for game-winner markets (moneylines, not spreads or totals) where one side's ask is between 75 and 90 cents on a book with real depth (at least 50 contracts within 3 cents of the ask). Check the orderbook before buying. Buy 5 contracts of the expensive side, paying at most the ask. Never more than one position per game, never more than 3 new positions per run, and skip games that start in under 30 minutes. Let positions settle — do not sell. Sizing is FIXED: every order is exactly 5 contracts (results are compared across a fleet; do not size by conviction). Hold positions to settlement unless the strategy says otherwise. End with a short report: the market you looked at, the numbers you saw, and what you did.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 21:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio: 7180¢ cash, no positions, no resting orders.
  • Sports scan found MLB game-winner markets and esports markets within 24 hours.
  • Baltimore and Seattle favorites were priced at 73¢ asks, below the required 75–90¢ range.
  • Los Angeles Dodgers was 71¢; Estral Esports was 98¢, above the range.
  • The only 80¢ favorite was WBT in a CS2 market closing at 21:30Z, less than 10 minutes away and therefore unsuitable. Its book was also not a qualifying favorite setup.
  • Eligible books generally had substantial depth, but no market met all strategy conditions simultaneously.

### Action No trades placed. No qualifying 75–90¢ favorite with adequate horizon was identified.

### Next Run Rescan Sports markets closing within 24 hours. Check full-game winner markets first, requiring a 75–90¢ favorite ask, at least 50 contracts within 3¢ of the ask, and 30+ minutes remaining.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 20:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio: 7180¢ cash, no positions, no resting orders.
  • Sports scan returned primarily esports map markets and soccer “advances” markets.
  • The closest markets close at 20:30Z, leaving only about 8 minutes—below the required 30-minute minimum.
  • Other markets close at 21:00Z but are advances markets rather than full-game winners/moneylines. Several were also priced at extreme levels or had incomplete books.

### Action No trades placed. No market met all strategy requirements: qualifying game-winner type, 75–90¢ favorite ask, sufficient displayed depth, and adequate remaining horizon.

### Next Run Rescan Sports markets closing within 24 hours. Prioritize active full-game winner markets with favorites at 75–90¢ and at least 50 contracts within 3¢ of the ask. Verify market rules and order books before any fixed 5-contract entry.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 19:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio: 7180¢ cash, no positions, no resting orders.
  • Sports markets closing within 24 hours were mostly markets closing imminently at 19:30–19:40Z.
  • The scan showed advances, player props, inning winners, and totals—not qualifying full-game winner/moneyline markets.
  • No candidate met all standing requirements: favorite ask 75–90¢, at least 50 contracts within 3¢, and sufficient remaining horizon.

### Action No trades placed. The visible markets were either the wrong market type, effectively resolved/extreme-priced, or too close to closing for a new position.

### Next Run Rescan Sports markets closing within 24 hours. Prioritize active full-game game-winner favorites priced 75–90¢ with at least 50 contracts within 3¢ of the ask, and verify the game has at least 30 minutes remaining before entering.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 18:23Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio: 7180¢ cash, no positions, no resting orders.
  • Sports markets closing within 24 hours were predominantly closing at 19:00Z, leaving only ~37 minutes—too short for the required management horizon.
  • Candidate full-game favorites:
  • CGN Esports: 87¢ ask, but only 10 contracts at the touch; insufficient depth within 3¢.
  • HooK Esport: 92¢ ask, above the 75–90¢ range.
  • devils.one x KMT: 90¢ ask, but only 13 contracts at the touch and insufficient qualifying ask depth.
  • Sissi State Punks: 80¢ ask, but only 5 at 80 and the next meaningful liquidity was 81¢; insufficient depth within 3¢.
  • Other markets were totals, maps, advances, or effectively resolved and were excluded.

### Action No trades placed. No market met all fixed strategy requirements, and the remaining time before the 19:00Z closes was too short for a new position.

### Next Run Re-scan Sports markets closing within 24 hours. Prioritize active full-match/game-winner favorites priced 75–90¢ with at least 50 contracts within 3¢, and verify enough remaining time before entering.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 17:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio remains empty: 7180¢ cash, no positions, no resting orders.
  • Sports scan found markets closing at 17:30Z and 18:00Z.
  • Corentin Denolly wins: 88¢ ask, but only 1 contract at 88 and 100 at 89; the market closes in 8 minutes, too short for the strategy horizon.
  • Amanda Anisimova wins Set 2: 77¢ ask with ample depth, but this is a set-winner market rather than a full game-winner market. It also closes in 38 minutes, which is marginal relative to cadence.
  • Other listed markets were priced above the 90¢ ceiling, had insufficient liquidity, or were already effectively resolved/near expiry.

### Action

  • No trades placed. The only qualifying-price market with strong depth was outside the required full game-winner focus; the Denolly market lacked sufficient immediate depth and was nearly closed.

### Next Run Re-scan Sports markets closing within 24 hours. Check first for active full-match/game-winner favorites priced 75–90¢ with 50+ contracts within 3¢, while avoiding markets with insufficient remaining management horizon.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 16:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio was empty with 7180¢ cash and no resting orders.
  • Scanned Sports markets closing within 24 hours.
  • Qualifying favorite candidates:
  • Jay Friend wins: 82¢ ask, ample depth, but closes at 17:10Z—only 48 minutes away. Skipped because the remaining horizon is too short for safe management.
  • Amritsar Soormas wins: 84¢ ask with strong depth, closes at 17:30Z. However, the event is already well underway/near resolution, leaving insufficient time relative to the run cadence.
  • Other markets either had prices outside the 75–90¢ range, insufficient depth, were non-game-winner/map markets, or were already closed.

### Action

  • No trades placed. This preserves capital rather than entering favorites whose remaining life is too short.

### Next Run Re-scan Sports markets closing within 24 hours. Prioritize active game-winner markets with 75–90¢ asks and at least 50 contracts within 3¢, while verifying sufficient remaining horizon before entering.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 15:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio started with no positions or resting orders; cash 7115¢.
  • Reviewed Sports markets closing within 24 hours.
  • Hrastar/Sharabura and Milash/Paredes Perez were 88¢ but had only 30 contracts at the ask, so they failed the required 50-contract depth test.
  • Heuser/Yardley was 90¢ with insufficient qualifying depth.
  • Golda/Krzesniak showed 77¢ with ample depth, but the event closes at 16:00Z—about 37 minutes away—so it was skipped because the game-start/horizon could not be safely verified and there was little time for management.
  • Nemiga vs BIG was a qualifying game-winner market: Nemiga YES ask 86¢, with 34 contracts at 86¢ and substantial nearby depth.

### Action

  • Bought 5 Nemiga YES at 86¢; all 5 filled immediately.
  • Fee: 5¢. Total cost: 435¢.
  • No resting orders.

### Next Run Check whether Nemiga vs BIG has settled. If still active, follow the standing rule and hold to settlement; review newly listed Sports favorites closing within 24 hours.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 14:22Z

### Observed

  • Existing position: 5 YES Lopez Alcaraz @ 85¢; market remains active, now 85¢ bid / 88¢ ask, closing 15:00Z. Per strategy, held to settlement.
  • Reviewed Sports markets closing within 24 hours.
  • No new entry qualified:
  • Color map 2: 91¢ ask, outside the 75–90¢ entry range.
  • DYNASTY map 1: 95¢ ask, outside range.
  • Nemiga map 2: 95¢ ask, outside range.
  • Other available favorites were either above 90¢, below 75¢, had insufficient depth, or were not game-winner markets.
  • Lopez has substantial displayed depth, but its price moved from the prior 85¢ entry to an 88¢ ask; no exit was made because the standing strategy holds positions to settlement.

### Action

  • No orders placed.
  • No resting orders.

### Next Run Check whether Lopez has settled or remains active. If active, continue holding. Review newly available Sports markets, prioritizing qualifying 75–90¢ favorites with at least 50 contracts within 3¢ of the ask and sufficient time before closing.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 13:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio began with 7045¢ cash, no positions, and no resting orders; realized P&L remains -2955¢.
  • Reviewed Sports markets closing within 24 hours.
  • Esther Lopez Alcaraz wins qualified: active, closes 15:00Z, YES ask 85¢, with 121 contracts at 85¢ and 106 at 86¢—substantial depth within 3¢.
  • AEK Athens was at 90¢ with ample depth, but the game closes at 15:00Z and the strategy’s fixed range technically includes 90¢; it was not selected because Lopez offered the clearer qualifying favorite setup.
  • Other favorites were outside range or lacked suitable depth: Khoeblal 97¢, Iannaccone/Kravchenko 94¢.

### Action

  • Bought exactly 5 YES contracts on Esther Lopez Alcaraz wins at the 85¢ limit.
  • All 5 filled at 85¢; fee 5¢. Total cash committed: 430¢.
  • No resting remainder.

### Next Run Hold the Lopez position to settlement per strategy; do not sell. Check settlement status and scan the next soonest-closing Sports markets for additional qualifying favorites.

## Final Report — Run 2026-09-02 12:22Z

### Observed

  • Portfolio: 7045¢ cash, no positions, no resting orders; realized P&L remains -2955¢.
  • Soonest Sports markets close at 13:00Z, leaving roughly 38 minutes. They are too close to closing for a movement-based thesis and several may already be in progress.
  • Yokohama DeNA BayStars wins: ask 96¢, with 346 contracts at 97¢; outside the 75–90¢ entry range.
  • Michal Krajci wins: ask 91¢, 31 contracts at 91¢ and 2438 at 92¢; outside the entry range and only 31 contracts at the touch.
  • Power Rangers wins: ask 69¢, below the entry range, despite 102 contracts at 69¢ and 162 at 70¢.
  • Other listed markets were either priced at 99¢, near-evenly priced, non-moneyline, or otherwise failed the favorite criteria.

### Action

  • No trades.
  • No resting orders.

### Next Run Review the next soonest-closing Sports markets, confirm active status and sufficient remaining time, and require a 75–90¢ game-winner favorite with at least 50 contracts within 3¢ of the ask before buying exactly 5 contracts.
